RecommendedMy son purchased a 65 gallon aquarium/stand combo. Once the light came on after setup, we noticed a crack. The manager said, "No problem. We can exchange for display." Upon inspecting, the display had a crack in the same spot. She called Decatur and had them bring their last one within a day. Cindy and Mike will take care of you without hesitation. I appreciate their kindness and my son has his dream aqauarium thanks to them.

I’ve only started using this store recently and every time has been wonderful. I even got my ball python from there. Couldn’t be happier with the service! The only thing I would recommend is more plants in the reptile section 😂
Hailey groomed my 9 year old yorkie-poo and made her look like a puppy and smell like a dream!! She was perfect!! I highly recommend her!!
I was actually impressed for once. we bought a leopard gecko and for the first time in yrs we met a sales associate who knew about the reptiles and was willing to tell about them without being rude about it. she cared about the animals more then I had seen an associate care before. so thank you to Jessie for making such an impression on me and my mom. we hope to see you again

They're the nicest people I know and they love the animals there. When I go I always have to take my Beardies so they can get lovin by everyone. Everytime I have questions, they're always able to answer and help me out.
Best experience in a pet store I have EVER had! We took our birthday boy in today so he could pick out his own fish and decorations for his tank, all employees were super helpful, but a big shout out to employee Amanda!! She was wonderful and we learned SO much! We ended up leaving with a Beta named Tim, and we cannot wait to add some friends into his tank in the near future! We had no idea Tim could be with other friends, even if they weren't Beta's. We can't wait until our next trip. Thank you so much!! �
