If i could give zero stars, I would. It was the first and last time I take my dog there for grooming. I just moved into the are, so I've been there to buy food and decided to try out the grooming services. The only thing that worked was that they actually took her on time. We used to take her get groomed at Petco and she was always perfect, happy and spotless afterwards. Very dissatisfied after my encounter yesterday. First I need to apologize to the employee who actually showed up when I arrived at the 7 am drop off time for my pet's appt time for her dental at the pet hospital. I was dropping her off on my way to work but the manager didn't show up to open the store and couldn't be reached. I truly hope that there was not an emergency but this was a very big problem. I've been shopping at this PetSmart since it opened! I take Skylar with me most of the time I go. Skylar's a regular! The employee's are friendly and helpful if you have questions!
Today while at Petsmart I received wonder help and service from Chiane. I was offered the puppy pack and shrugged it off. Chiane took the time to explain some of the benefits and she was right! It was a great deal! The food coupon basically pays for the pack itself . She was very knowledgeable and helpful and pleasant. And it was all appreciated:)
