DO NOT GET YOUR FISH HERE THEY WILL DIE! Me and my boyfriend went her on several different times and there is a girl back there that I guess is “ new “ and she picks the fish with her HANDS!!!!!! Every time we get one when she catches it it dies and anyone knows not to pick them up with your HANDS !!!!!!!
Horrible service by grooming staff and manager William, who did not care about the situation at all. Please take your animals elsewhere, there are plenty of other grooming locations in the area.
We bought a crate for our 100 lb dog here less than a week ago. He broke the door and we went looking for a replacement door. We were informed they don’t sell just doors (apparently they don’t know how dogs work lol) but we spoke with a young man who assured us if we brought it back they had a 60 day guarantee. Have been in this store multiple times including a trip to the vet. It is poorly stocked for cat items including cat toys and pet carriers. The women’s rest room was disgusting at the time I took my animal to the vet and two weeks later when I was in the store the restroom was in worse shape (I didn’t think that was possible). I brought it to the clerk’s attention who said there were only 2 employees in the store. Honestly...in the midst of Covid there is no custodian employed to address cleanliness of the restroom?? Great place for dogs with their parents.the employees are very helpful and obvious animal lovers. My dog loves going there!
I just left the store, and I just wanted to say the employees here are so friendly and helpful! I’m a first time puppy mom, and I walked in feeling somewhat lost and not really sure what to get, but as soon as I walked in, Chris offered help and he walked me through the whole store and showed me what I needed to get me started. He was so helpful and so friendly!! I got everything I needed and I appreciate his help so much!
