Never again will I ever go to a Petsmart. Horrible company....they say they will work with you but all they did was judge me and the company over charged me for my visit. It's been 14 days and still no return! Done!

i took my pure bred Australian Cattle Dog to get groomed for the very first time. if anyone knows about this breed, then you understand my worry. they are hyper and nippy and get excited so easily. he was getting the works so it took about 3 hours. i was nervous the whole time. when i picked my boy up he had the biggest smile on his face. he walked over to me with his tail wagging and a little pep in his step. i checked him over and his coat was soooooo soft and his nails look awesome. i'm so impressed! I took my dogs to get a haircut, and they jacked up my boy's hair, he has patches everywhere, I never had that problem with them before today, I guess is time to look for another groomer.. On top of that they charged me almost the full amount, I don't recommend this place at all. I just got upset and they didn't even offer a discount or something, I'm never going back!!
Our puppy trainer Lindsay was the best! She is very knowledgeable and also very patient. One of our puppies tried her patience with everything she tried to teach but she was very patient and persistent and our pups passed the class. And we all loved her!!
I called and scheduled a grooming appointment on Tuesday for my cat on Wednesday. I am moving this week and was promised that they would have have a certified cat groomer on Wednesday at 5pm. I called Wednesday at 3pm to verify what paperwork I needed to guarantee a cleaning and was told that they didn't have anyone available for that until next week (they only have one groomer for cats/full groom-sanitary.)
