After a REALLY bad groom previously, I took my golden doodle in with VERY explicit (picky) directions for his groom. Sandra was honest, amazing with my boy, & did an absolutely fantastic job!!!!!! She went the extra mile to ensure we got exactly what we wanted! This seriously may be his best groom ever!!! If you have specific grooming requests, or a doodle, I can't recommend her enough!
Took my large, hairy, Great Pyrenees in for a groom as I've not had a lot of extra time to get him brushed this spring with his coat blow out. They really took their time with him and he came out BEAUTIFULLY! I cannot say enough how happy I am with how wonderful he looks despite having to snip out a few mats, but she really did a brilliant job blending and he looks fantastic!
Got exactly what we needed customer service was great
My pup was dropped off with the vet all day for observation. I was recommended to switch food so I brought her back to the food section to look at new food options. Of course she had an accident in the back because and I started to clean it up. 3 employees saw me struggling with my 15 week old puppy and trying to clean up the accident and not one offered to help at least hold the leash so I could clean their floors. Disappointed at the lack of help as they watched me struggle
Friendly folks. My favorite part about the place is that they are all about rehoming instead of selling puppymill products.
