Shout out to your grooming department. Took my rescue dog in for his first bath away from home today. When I went to pick him up, he was just laying down on the floor of the main grooming area. The ladies told me he was afraid to go in the kennel after they finished, so they let him stay near them. I so appreciate that gesture. They could have easily just forced him into a kennel and ignored him until I got there. They obviously love animals to look out for the comfort of my dog when I'm not there. Thank you!
I hope you realize that you just lost a very good customer over 86 CENTS!! I came in to exchange a defective package of treats (manufacturer package) and the price had changed since I bought them. The clerk insisted that I pay the additional 86 cents! I tried to keep my calm and said "That is just wrong". He insisted and I had no cash with me so I threw the new package on the counter and walked out. He tried to ask as I was leaving if I wanted the defective package and nasty, dried out (possibly contaminated) treats back. SE... read more
We love the people that work there! We recently got a German Shepherd puppy who lets say has tried my patience. Their employee Katie has been exceptional! She gave us ideas on food, treats, toys and anything we ask her. She has even given me moral support when we talk about some of our obstacles with the puppy! She is such an asset to your store!!
Ashley is the best in the business in the grooming salon, would never go anywhere else!
They are very knowledgeable and very positive employees!
Store is very clean and super organized! Helpful , friendly store manager and staff!!
