I can't rave enough about the staff I have encountered in the last two days! I have a English Bully that physically can not be out in the heat very long. With some family members out of town and his other fur friend visiting a different house he became quite down. A trip to PetSmart and he was able to walk around the store for exercise and each employee stopped what they were doing both days (even a young woman that had already walked outside to leave her shift or go on break) to give him a little attention. The lady that grinded my dog's nails must have been new...she tortured my poor girl by taking too long on her back feet, where she has been quicked before.
The employees there are extremely friendly and helpful! They truly care about rescue and we're so wonderful when we were there for an adoption event!
Great customer service and staff very knowledgeable about pets. We always make a point to see Carol if she is working. She knows our pets and their medical issues and always will address our concerns.
