gosh I can't say enough about this store it is totally awesome out of all the PetSmart I've been in Mokena one is friendly helpful usually have everything I need and I love that they have good food for dogs and cats and that you can price match at the store which is super great. I love watching the kitties there I just wish they had a larger renewed or redone place for the cats that are little larger because some of them stay a little bit longer I've heard than usual. But overall it's a great place to shop
The grooming salon is the best! My dog GiGi always looks great after Mary is done with her! I also love that they support NAWS Humane Society and help adopt out cats from there. The employees are helpful and nice!
All of the staff are the best here...so attentive and very friendly with your pet when you come in together. Their dog training classes are THE best! I've taken three dogs there and had great results every time. Their trainer Karol is amazing and just does a great job!

We just love our groomers. Bella looks great! AS USUAL.
We paid to have our husky brushed and his nails grinded. When I previously called about this service, I was told it was 15 minutes of brushing with the blower to help remove more hair. We dropped him at the groomer at 9:30 am, and we were called within the store to pick him up at 9:41. The lady that brushed him couldn't have spent 15 brushing him AND grind his nails in 10 minutes.
