the employees aren't trained very well and hassle you when you try to return things that didn't work out.
I bought Minnows to feed my Oscars. Now my aquarium is contaminated with something. The minnows began dying during the night. There were 15 floating on top on the morning, all my fish are now sick or dead. Hundreds of dollars in fish, dead. I called the manager, no responsibility taken, doesn't admit to selling sick fish. I have never had a issue with anything from PetsMart I have always liked the staff thereof I had a question one of them there always had a answer if they didn't they got me to someone to help me. I think you all there at PetsMart to keep up the great work loving pets SherriG.
What an awful experience. My pet was sold to someone else. Beware!
