I don't appreciate going to a business and being spoken down to. We were in a year ago and were sold the exact fish we were in today to buy, yet the woman refused to sell it to us today because it wasn't appropriate for our tank size. I spoke with Petco and asked the same question with the same information, and was "allowed" the tank cleaning fish I was refused at this facility. If I have a 10 gallon tank, and three 2 inch fish, I should have 4 inches for a tank cleaning fish, and to be refused that and told I could only buy... read more
I like shopping here but I feel like they're website needs frequent updating, I been trying to buy a chinchilla for the last couple of days and they're website says they have them in stock but when I called they said they didn't . kind of confusing if you ask me

Terrible experience. Not only did they greatly overbook services, they did not honor our request to allow us to keep our brand new rescue dog out of a kennel until they were ready to bathe and brush him nor would they give him back when asked despite my wife standing in the store for 3 hours. A bath took 2.5 hours and then a brush and nail trim another half an hour. Management was generally unresponsive until I called corporate. Would not recommend whosoever.
