Store is always clean and well stocked. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable.
This location had a nice selection of Gerbils and Finches compared to my hometown location. They also had a beautiful Banana Ball Python that I would have loved to get if I wasn't traveling. Animals I saw looked healthy and energetic.
Oreo Crawford Surgery time is between 7:30am-5:30pm on Thu . She has a tumor in her mouth and one on her chest . we are asking for people to pray for her not to have cancer . she can use all the help she can get . It's a great place to go get last-minute pet stuff with a good variety. but do take the employees advice with a grain of salt last night we got some false information that could have been very harmful to our pet.
We could not get a regular appointment with our groomer, so we scheduled one with the PetSmart Groomers. After an hour they called and said to come pick up our labradoodle. He is SO friendly, and loves everyone. The lady told us she was not cooperating and was messing everywhere. When I got there he had messed all over himself and they had not tried to clean him. He also was half groomed, and they didn’t even bathe him. The haircut look TERRIBLE. Rude staff, would not recommend to ANYONE!!
Great staff in the fish department! Helped me pick out a new tank and some other helpful tips! Maui is loving his upgrade � also take our cat and dog here and have had the best experiences!
