I went to this location and my dog came home scarred. He wouldn’t come out from under the bed for days. He wouldn’t eat or even go outside. I called the store and the manager wouldn’t even talk to me. I sent an email to corporate and they assured me someone from the store would call me and no one ever did. If you don’t want your dog abused (yes that’s how he acted) then stay far away from this groomer. Specifically Ashley. I know of multiple incidents with her and it’s sad that the store won’t even listen.

I just want to give a quick shout out to the Banfield Vet in PetSmart!! Dr. Van Stee was amazing. He took his time with me and Layla, was so acknowledgeable, answered all my questions, provided phenomenal care and treated her appropriately. I’m so grateful. My poor Layla is pretty sick and I’m so comfortable with visit and treatment. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!♥️🐶
had an appointment for a grooming at 230, showed up at 220 to be turned away at the door. Was told that the power had been out since 930 am and all groomers had been sent home. A phone call to cancel my appointment would have been appreciated as to not waste my time and gas driving to the store

Took my babies to be groomed by Terrica and was extremely impressed! She took great care of my babies and made them look amazing! I don’t plan on ever taking them anywhere else!
