I love the Banfield Pet Hospital at my PetSmart. My girl does too! I also love the wellness plans. Best thing I ever did for my girl and my wallet. Saves alot of money and we get great care! Sad though that PetSmart stopped carrying my dog's food.

Everytime I come into this store it takes several minutes for me to get any kind of assistance and then you never have what I need ever I come in for crickets don't have them come in for large mealworms don't have them and it'd be one thing if it was one week but it's constant and I keep trying to go there because you're convenient to my location but this is unbearable and bad business
My dog, Daisy loves it there. She always gets lots of sniffs and treat. She doesn't even mind going there to the vet or groomers.

Tonight I asked a clerk to please grab me a fresh container of wax worms from the refrigerator in back (rather than buying one of the containers that had been sitting out all day). The clerk returns with the worms and assures me that they are fine. I get home and discover the worms are all dead. Not the first time this has happened. Thanks, PetSmart.
