Shout out, tonight, to Sam from Plainville PetSmart. I have had several pups over the years and have attended training classes for all. Sam is always positive, respectful, and never demeaning. She is incredibly knowledgeable, always explaining the reason for each new activity. She remembers each dog's name and is encouraging to all pet parents. She is engaging and her delivery is excellent and she always makes it fun. She seems to love her job and speaks highly of PetSmart. I look forward to the next class. Kudos, PetSmart!

The girls at the vet there are greats they are always excited to see my pets and even know who we are as soon as we get there. The girls in the grooming department are great too. They made my puppy feel so special for his birthday and made him look so handsome.
It's where you get your fish and I go there a couple of times.
The store is well organized and it's easy to find what I'm looking for. Plus you can get your pets groomed ^_^
