I made a grooming APPOINTMENT for 8AM. 4 hours later, they still haven't even started on her. I'm glad I took the entire day off for this.
I asked the cashier closes to the door if she could send someone over help me find a toy for my dog and I also have a few other questions for them as well she said ok I'll have someone met you over there. We waited 20 minutes went by NOBODY came so I went and ASKED THE SAME PERSON IF SHE COULD HAVE SOMEONE HELP ME WITH GETTING A HARNESS FOR HER SHE SAID YES BUT 20 MINUTES LATER STILL NO HELP SO THAT'S A TOTAL OF 40 MINUTES I WAS THERE WITH NO HELP!! EVERY UPSET NOW WE HAVE TO THE BEACH STORE !!!
