Previously we had a bad experience with a poorly trained groomer cutting our pet. I left a comment about it and got an email for the "Store Leader" that assured me it would not happen again. Watching hundreds of fish neglected, eating each other and floating sideways and upside down, fins clamped and struggling to breathe and having my 7 year old, traumatized and leaving the store crying…not to mention my own tears, broke my heart.
One we got our bearded dragon from there and they say they have the food it's a freaking joke 50 super worms more like a tease they are as big as my freaking thumb nail

First 3 pics are what my dogs supposed to look like and last pics are what Petsmart did to her on 23rd St.. My daughter took her shih tzu and mine today to have trimmed and mine was supposed to keep hair around paws trimmed around and face cut and she came home with her face looking horrible, top of head cut straight across like a flat cut and shaved down to nothing with her hair also gone around paws. per petsmart website they will match any price with proof receipt included as proof. so I bought in a receipt of a filter that a friend of mine bought in order to get the price match. They refused to match it saying they can't use a receipt to comp pricing. what liars it is their receipt not one from another company. guess they don't have to follow their own policies
I thought really long and really hard about this comment wasn't sure if I really wanted to post it or not but I am going there I took my beagle to the PetSmart on 23rd to be groomed I picked out the package and they convinced me to buy another package because it looks like he had dandruff so I did he went in to have his ears cleaned his teeth brushed his nails rounded off and a bath and now with the extra conditioner that they have convinced me to buy they do a checklist on your pet before they take them away from you to tak... read more
