This store would not take me seriously and did not care for the welfare of an animal I saw abused in their parking lot because they know her! I hate to say this and it is hard to post, but I was just at Pet Smart in Ocala and in the parking lot the lady next to me got out of her truck. This store is infested with rats. I went to pick up a box of litter from a shelf, and a big rat ran out and up the wall. I looked up and saw the rafters were teeming with rats running around. I told the cashier and she gave me an embarrassed look and said, “I know, that’s why I’m quitting.”
I was in yesterday for a job interview, the employees at PetSmart are amazing! The managers are so friendly to speak with. The environment when you walk in is so welcoming.
Every single tank had dead fish and ick. Guppy tank had like 5 live fish and the poor platies had their tails completely eaten off and were covered with ick. There was a blue acara that had died god knows how long ago and was just a blob of fungus. Every tank was terrible. Sucks for them because I spend thousands on fish but wouldn’t buy a fish from there in a million years.
Grooming Website SUCKS.... I have tried and I have tried and their website does not respond correctly.
I had just the greatest experience at petsmart. The cashier I had (michelle) was just an amazing person. She really went out of her way to help me with a small problem. I hope I get to see her again in about 2 weeks. Thanks again Michelle.
