RecommendedToday was my fur babies first time in the store and she went to get her nails grinded down. The employee who took care of her in the salon named Emily did an amazing job! She went over everything with me before and after and spent time getting to know Lilith before she took her back so that we were both comfortable. She was very efficient and very informative. We will definitely be back!

They clearly neglect their animals. I was dorected here by a post with a picture of a wheel that was ckearly way way too small for the hamster using it. Plus the cages they sell that are marketed for hamsters are far too small.
The hamster wheels are terrible! Saw a Facebook post venting about the wheels being used for the hamsters in this store. Unacceptable! Please consider the well-being of your animals and not just the money that comes with them. I want to see things being done about this. Please upgrade their wheels. This is animal abuse.

Extreme neglect and abuse like tendencies in their small animal department. there's no way any person with a brain would think a wheel that is smaller than the hamster in the cage is acceptable. this store needs to lose their right to sell animals
They need to learn proper small animal care! This hamster could really get hurt! This is no right
