melissa z did a horrible job on my puppy's haircut yesterday and by covering her mistake she tried saying my puppy tried nipping ummm ok yea sure lol! Not til I got home did I realize how bad the cut was they tried calling and refunding me but i don't need the money I just won't go back! Don't lie about something just because you can't cut hair it makes you look unprofessional!
RecommendedI came across a neighbor who was in a emergency situation due to the virus going around and had no dog food and no money to get it. She posted it on Nextdoor. At the same time, I had a coupon for a free bag of dog food that expired 3 weeks ago. I spoke to Chloe, mgr on 3/17 and she said she would accept it. Today, I went in and spoke to a different manager. I wish I got his name. Don’t go there - employees take pictures of customers ( my 3 yr old grandson for one ) while they are working and send them to people they know ( my daughter and her son went there for puppy care and the girl working in back knows the father of son so she took it upon herself to hide behind a dog while daughter was paying and take pictures of them and send to the father - and say inappropriate comments - why ? I am very pleased with the staff here. They seem to genuinely care about the animals. The service has been great and I am pleased that they have a wellness plan for Toby. It makes it so much more affordable than having to fork out hundreds of dollars for necessary care of your pet. Recently had to have a tooth cleaning for the dog and did not have to pay anything as it is covered under the plan. Thank you Pet Smart. Looking forward to a long association.
I shop this store regularly and only had good experiences and a friendly helpful staff.
