I took my puppy to get his nails trimmed and the employees gave my a hard time about it These are the rudest employees ever worst customer service never again will I visit
Took my Maggie to Pet Smart to be groomed today. Maggie has a torn ACL and was a mess. I was nervous about getting her groomed because she can only stand on 3 legs her bad leg is very tender. Cara groomed her and did an awesome job. She did not push Maggie and made sure to give her breaks as needed. I will always ask for her now. THANKS for taking great care if my needy little girl.
Not to happy with PetSmart I sent my cat Zimba to grooming department., Yesterday at 11am , Now when I dropped off my cat, she was wearing a collar with her Rabies Tag , / When zimba came home she was not wearing it!,,, So right away I call them tell them that she is missing her collar so they then put me on hold ,,, Then the manger comes on tells me the tech that was working on zimba went home for the day and she must have the collar ok,,, Later that night we get a phone call from some number and a women is telling us that ... read more
