The girls in the grooming department are so awesome!!!! Highly recommend them for your pets needs. They are caring pet lovers and great girls. They made “Chunk” look like a whole new doggie!!! You girls are awesome and thank you so much!!!!
Just picked up our dog there from getting “groomed”. I could have done a better job myself. He smells like they just sprayed him with water. What a waste of time and money.

Whatever you do please dont bring your animals to get groomed at the petsmart in Salem. I brought my dog to get groomed and for whatever reason said his tail was matted and decided to shave off all his fur on his tail without consulting me first and then decided to let me know once i picked him up. I understand if there are mats in the dogs fur, but a phone call would have been appreciated to let me know they were going to do it instead of just cutting all the fur off. I love the store from the cashiers to everyone that works there! my dogs get groomed there, Jen is amazing she is the one that grooms my dogs Lucy and Mickey ❤️️ She always makes me feel so welcome when I go there❤️️ the prices are reasonable, the clearance prices are great I just love it there and I won't go anywhere else.....Jen in grooming thanks for all you do for Mickey and Lucy
Love petsmart. Always friendly staff, great prices and sales. My favorite thing about petsmart is the holiday photos like with Santa, Easter bunny etc.
