I would like to thank the cashier Brooke (I'm pretty sure that was her name). She was wonderful and patient with me. She's super friendly and definitely has the needed positive personality for customer service!
I just wanted to give a shout out to Tony who works in the fish department. We came in this evening to get our son a fish for his birthday. He was INCREDIBLY helpful, and he really knew his stuff in the sometimes complicated world of owning fish. He took his time to make sure that my questions (the 1,000's of them) and offered suggestions for my level of experience. My Great Pyrenees loves going to PetSmart. Everyone there is so friendly. He just got groomed by Shauna who has been grooming him for years and she is fantastic. Marley would love just to be the greeter there. If you see a giant white dog, don't be afraid, come by and give him a ear rub.
Petsmart offers items that are on sale and then states they are out of stock! They also will not offer a rain check. This is not a one time occurrence either. I even called the main company's number to attempt to get the item that I was needing and their response was "I am sorry there is nothing I can do", Me: May I have a rain check? Them: "unfortunately no". Poor customer service, deception of the the customer to entice them into the store in hopes they will pay more for the other.
