Well my baby boy"Patches" is here from Kentucky and thankful his records travel from one PetSmart to another what a blessing. It was easy and simple to him an appointment. The people was super sweet to him and about how he was very hyper. Lol no problems will go back

just had the most rude cashier here. We visit this location frequently and most of them aren't overly friendly but this woman took the cake. Made a simple return that i had just called about, super difficult. She was literally slamming on the keyboard because I was right when she told me I was wrong. Will be visiting the other locations from here on.

Discovered today that there is a 5 day limit on picking up online orders. Had car trouble this week couldn't get order til today. Surprise! had an email cancelling my order. Never received a heads up about the "upgrade" . Best part is a 3-5 day wait for my refund. That's a 3-5 business day wait which means the middle of next week. Bad form pet smart.

The cats that they have in the adoption center all look sick. It doesn't seem like they take the extra care to clean out their litter boxes because the smell is just awful. One little guy looked to have an eye infection but when I asked about it, she told me that there was nothing wrong with it. In the past, there was this one kitten that I was about to take home but after they took her back to the shelter to get her ready to come home, they told me that she needed surgery because she had a hernia. Took my baby "Cody" for a SPA day. Well had him groomed. They did a wonderful job. It was worth the money to have it done, normally I do it myself but with everything that he had been through recently I figured he'd enjoy being a little spoiled.

I've taken my dog to a few Banfield locations in his life. This one is the most discombobulated. The employees don't seem to talk to each other to share patient status and trying to find out what's going on with my pet's care is so frustrating.
