My boyfriends dog went to get groomed and it took them 5 hours to do. He also ended up getting worms while he was there.
Tried going to get my 7 month Lab's nails grinded for the second time at this petsmart. The 1st time went good for someone new doing it. Went there again today and they were really rough with her and ended up not doing the nail job and stated she wouldn't let them and yet the same exact person was the one doing it again today the only difference was there was a younger man there who not only did he put her in a choke hold but was highly rude when trying to explain that it was my dogs fault for her getting hurt. Horrible Customer Service when very much noticeable and in need. Had one employee even talk to me and yet offer their assistance.
I read in newspaper there were 88 animals adopted last wknd Petsmart's National adoption Weekend oh hurray!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
