I like Petsmart because I get my cats food from there. BUT, when there is a sale, buy one get another for 1/2 price, forget it. I would say 3 out of 10 times they have the second one to purchase. Twice it was ordered for me when I asked about it. One of those times the order was canceled for out of stock. Wth Every time I ask about it, what's on the shelf is it. This week I went in second day of the sale, and again there was only one item. It's a pain!
they have item in stock on the website,so i order online and then the item is not realy in store, they took my money from my giftcard and tell me to wait 2-3 busines day then the money will be refund...i look now and the item is still availible in stok....one star is still too much!!!! Now tell my cat to wait with piss 2-3 business days....

The staff is friendly and helpful. We use them for all our pet needs. Dog, birds, and our 20 year old tarantula.
You don't have to leave your dog at home! Bring them and let them pick out their own toys 😄
