The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are good, and the quality of the items that are available is very high.
Recently completed Puppy Training with Kim and cannot say enough good things about her! She is very helpful, open and committed to making the animals happy and obedient all the while having fun. she makes herself available for questions outside of class, and offers extra assistance and classes if your schedule changes(which can happen). We also got our Leopard Spotted Gecko here and he's doing great! The staff in the reptile section are very helpful and knowledgeable with feeding and care questions.

Dropping off your dog to be groomed can be a nerve wracking experience. Especially when you don’t know who your leaving your family member with. Zachary at Hamilton marketplace is just the best. He really listens and cares and our Miley notices. I recommend going to see Zachary for sure! �
We love it there, the staff is the best!! And they treat Rio like a celebrity
