Customer service at pet grooming was terrible and not only did the grooming lose our business, but so did the store overall.

Luis is one of the groomers. he's fantastic!
I stopped to pick up car food and there were no carts. It is painful to walk but I made it to the food, grabbed a smaller bag and got to the cashier. He asked my phone, done, asked if I wanted receipt in email. No, now would be good. Handed me my receipt without saying Thank You. I said you are welcome, left the store and will not be back.
AWFUL.......STINK N NASTY INSIDE STORE!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS RIDICULOUS....�
