This store sold me some diseased fish that killed my ENTIRE fish population. I have a 75 gallon tank that cost thousands to set up. There were 20 fish that died in three days. I just tried calling to see if there was anything they would be willing to do, and they literally said “I’m truly sorry but no one else has brought fish back, and we’ve put in measures to make sure the fish are ready to leave from the store.” When I tell y’all I have spent no less than two thousand dollars there in the last year...DO NOT BUY FISH HERE.... read more
Banfield refuses to delay my payment during this quarantine! They will not work with my daughter and they don’t care if you are sick or out of work! Everyone needs to know this and think twice about taking your pet here for Vet services ! My daughter rehomed one of her pets and they are still making her pay for that pet along with the one she has!!! I am thinking of calling the Denver 7 news over this !!!
RecommendedMy dog loves going to PetSmart. She knows all the people in blue shirts are potential belly rub buddies. I have had great experiences with the grooming staff and many of the associates. Thank you guys!
Too bad a few not so nice employees ruin it for the nice ones. Last trip here due to rude person at the register. Also got tired of watching pricing. Might be on sale but is not charged that way when you pay. Sad because I have shopped at Petsmart for years but no more.
There are some great employees working at the Loveland location. Unfortunately my encounters with a few employees have ruined any chance that we will ever return! In July my kids and I visited to purchase a tortoise, and the manager argued with me at the cash register over how their 25% off ALL turtles did not include our tortoise. That it only applied to the red-eared sliders the sign was stuck to. Said I did not mind paying full price but was pointing out that was false ...Continue Reading
