Went in for a basic $46 groom for our 15 pound dog. Came out paying $260 because he thrashed around (he was scared it was also his first time there) he hurt his nail so they ended up having to sedate him and fix his nail. He ended up not getting groomed at all. They told us they would call in a few days to check on him and told us they would then groom him and give us a discount. This was all over a week ago. We are still waiting on a phone call. We will be taking him somewhere else.
I take my 2 dogs and our granddaughter 's dog to the grooming there on Airport Rd they are very good with them Becca is extremely good with my grand dog
You really should have a policy that employees should not be on their cell phones texting when customers are waiting to be served, We ended up just leaving your store...
Had an appointment for grooming roughly two weeks ago. Today while brushing my dog, I found multiple large mats on his back legs. We won't be returning.
I've almost always had to wait almost an hour for my chihuahua to have her nails grinded because pesmart does not accept appointments for nail grinding
