Tried to get a grooming quote. All my dogs are rescues, very mixed breed. Since I don’t know what breed they resemble, they can’t tell me how much it will cost. One of my dogs is disabled and can’t stand for long periods of time. Won’t even try to work with him. Another is very nervous. They doubted they could work with her either. I guess they only cater to the elite and well bred. No special needs.
Love the selection of puppy food for my Pixie, and the groomers there are wonderful. They are so friendly and so good with the dogs. Today was my toy poodle, Pixie, very first grooming appointment. they did an awesome job! I love the kindness they showed us. Painted her little nails and all, Pixie and I will definitely be getting all our needs there and the girls will be doing all of Pixies grooming as well, Love you guys! Thank you for all you do
We’ve used Pet Smart grooming in Arden for the past 2 years for our 3 golden doodles. The groomers have always raves about how well behaved they are. Took our most laid back boy yesterday & they refused to groom him because he was showing 2 signs of stress. 1st sign was panting. 2nd sign he was shaking. I was absolutely floored! Funny how you have 3 employees standing in the fish area jusr gossiping with a flooded floor and a wet floor sign not one of them cleaning up the mess or acting like it's a major issue. The fish tanks are disgusting and the fish look very unhealthy and not cared for or just plain dead. Very Disappointing experience especially since my kids were super excited to get some new fish.
Our bichon is nearly 13 years old. Her groomer recently retired and she needed a cut and bath. We took her to Petsmart and she came out looking naked, nothing like a bichon. If she were a human, she would be to embarassed to go outside for 6 months. My wife is beside herself everytime she looks at our poor little dog.
Seriously find another place to buy pet supplies. Slow, confused and not knowledgeable about products and store. No clue even how to function in long lines. Omgosh my 13 year old could handle the disfunction of this store. Needs new employees and management!!!!
Let's just say if I could post a picture of my dogs first visit I would. We ended up having to take her to a vet because she had massive clipper burn all over her side and had to be given 2 steroid shots, and a week of antibiotics. They wrote a note saying that the groomer was the cause of this. Very few people are able to help me with my Tarantula questions. I wanted to get new bedding material that would maintain the appropriate level of moisture, and got great suggestions from Heath. Will definitely come back in the future for all my arachnid needs.
