Poor customer service. Cut my dog doing grooming and didnt pluck his ears which lead to an ear infection. Customer service is terrible!!! I also dropped puppy training. They also gave me too much cash back and when I went back to pay the difference back to them they told me it wasn't a big deal. For a business to run the way that this is run not a good situation. Very dissatisfied with all of my contact with PetSmart.

Staff was very friendly and I am glad to see that they changed the Pet Perks program to getting discounts on items rather than points.
PetSmart fired the best dog groomer that I had found in the Lansing area. This happened mid-grooming appointment. Really? Poor customer service decision by the manager, even when I asked him to let her finish. I won't be back!
