This is what I wrote as a review on google and also emailed petsmart “If I could leave no stars I would. DO NOT take your dog to the grooming here they are very rude and angry they don’t care about your pets! RecommendedMy Bernese Mountain Dog was sprayed by a skunk this morning and Kaylee in grooming went above and beyond to fix my and my dogs nightmare of a morning! She is just wonderful definitely recommend her !!!!!

I shop here more than I'd like to admit. This afternoon I lost my son's football button in the store. Everyone was so helpful. We found it in no time. I love this store!!! We use the vet every 6 weeks or so. Fast & friendly every time!!
horrible grooming salon. they were mean to both my dogs and informed me that “it was a waste of money to get their nails cut cause they didn’t need to be done” it’s not up to you when my dogs nails need to be cut. if I think they need to be done do your job and do it!!!
Called for grooming/nail trim and was told to bring my dog in. Only to be told when I arrived 15 minutes later that they were booked. Very inconsiderate.
Poor customer service. Cut my dog doing grooming and didnt pluck his ears which lead to an ear infection. Customer service is terrible!!! I also dropped puppy training. They also gave me too much cash back and when I went back to pay the difference back to them they told me it wasn't a big deal. For a business to run the way that this is run not a good situation. Very dissatisfied with all of my contact with PetSmart.
