Didn’t realize we ran out of our puppy food. Visited Tradition location in Port St Lucie last minute and I truly do understand it was last minute. But a lady who was 5 ft in front of me was let in and 2nd lady was coming out. The manager closed the doors in my face. It was 7pm sharp. I begged to let me to buy the food quickly and she said NO; she signed with her hand that she was not going to let me in. And this is Customer Service? And this is how much you care about animals? Last time I shop here. Back to Pet Supermarket.
I am a limited shopper at PetSmart buying meds and some specialty items but their grooming services are excellent, especially Benji's groomer Karen.
We had a great experience yesterday getting our dogs pictures taken with the Santa dog. Everyone was very nice.
I have been there hundreds of times and this time stood out. I have never encountered a customer service associate more patient, kind and knowledgeable. Her name was Liz and my son and I walked in clueless trying to get things for his new pet turtles. She walked us through step by step and patiently answered every question we have. Thank you Liz!
Got my dog a picture with Santa and it was the best it could've possibly been. Santa was very good with my nervous puppy, and the photographer took the shot at just the right moment!
