Rude staff Cashier wouldn’t look something up because it would take too long! PetSmart is going down hill!!!! A specific food I’ve gotten there for years, always was price matched to my vet now they don’t!! What idiots! You want to overcharge & not price match you’re going to loose business!
2 days ago I placed a pick-up order online. Within 15 minutes I realized one item was wrong. I called store. They would not let me cancel that one item so I told them to can entire order. I checked the status later in afternoon. Showing being processed. I called back, asked for store manager, and spoke to Dave. He said he watched the other guy, Kyle?,cancel the order. I want to thank Liz for going above and beyond this morning. I am 72 years old and needed product for my sick dog. Liz got me my item and had it delivered to my car so I had no contact with anyone as the item was put in the back of my SUV. Thanks again Liz you are proof that I’m sorry I can’t help you is not yours or petsmart’s way of doing business. I Just moved into the area and know where I will be shopping for pet supplies.

My husband and I we’re looking to replace our fish aquarium & stand. We were speaking with an associate that was helping us with size and pricing of tanks and stand, another associate called the associate away from us to assist another customer leaving us standing there with NO HELP 🙄 Well PetSmart just lost a $250 sales plus future sales.
We love taking our little dog to PetSmart!👍 He gets so excited to go :)
