Showed up to see an adoption animal and the volunteers were not there. The manager let me see the critter we were interested in and called for someone to come in. She was so helpful and turned what would of been a long trip to Knoxville for nothing into "We adopted the best cat ever." Ziva has been renamed to Gabby(she is a non stop talker.lol) and we love her so much. She loves us too. She can't get enough belly rubs and we can't give her enough belly rubs. After being incredibly disappointed by Petsafe, I was nervous about taking little Belle anywhere. SO happy with how she looks after being groomed by Pierre! And I hope I'm not completely butchering the spelling of his name. Definitely taking Belle back to him from here on out!
The groomer that did my dog Sukis nails did a very good job but I could not understand why they could not bathe her as the sign clearly states walk ins and 25% off after 4. There were 4 groomers there and 1 dog other than mine. Please don't advertise something you won't deliver on.
We took our sweet boy, Colbie to see Hannah for a full groom yesterday. We had been taking him to the turkey creek location since we got him over a year ago, but always found ourselves displeased. Instead of doing away with petsmart's grooming all together, we decided we'd just give the Morrell Road location a try. We are very satisfied with the job she did! My dog's love to visit PetSmart! They are ready to jump out of the car when we are still a block away. One of the employees (Haley) will drop whatever she is doing to answer questions and take me to the place in the store where she helps me find what I'm looking for. If every store had someone like Haley they would never want for customers. Also my dog's adore her, because they can tell she genuinely loves welcoming them and petting them. We have our toy poodle beautified at PetSmart in knoxville at Morrell road and Ann Rominen always does the best job on Palo. He looks forward to his visits.
