I AM LIVID. I went in on Saturday to buy cat food and only two people, one worker in the grooming section and one other customer, besides myself, happened to be wearing masks. It's unbelievable that with a surge in Covid-19 cases that not even the employees are wearing masks. I WILL NOT be back in that store EVER.

RecommendedHannah is the ONLY person I would let touch my Izzy. She has severe anxiety and Hannah is always gentle and patient with her. I live in Halls and make the drive to west Knox just for her.

Worth it to support this company for the rescue work that they allowed to go on at their expense.
The care for the reptiles here seems to be nonexistent. I'm tired of coming in here and seeing vessels that are barely alive and them doing absolutely nothing about it.
From out of state and was treated very well and promptly. Thank goodness for their wellness program.
