I AM LIVID. I went in on Saturday to buy cat food and only two people, one worker in the grooming section and one other customer, besides myself, happened to be wearing masks. It's unbelievable that with a surge in Covid-19 cases that not even the employees are wearing masks. I WILL NOT be back in that store EVER.

Wear MASKS. I went in Saturday to buy cat food, and only one employee, in the grooming section, was wearing a mask. With a surge in Covid-19 cases, I'm livid at PetSmart and will NEVER be back in the store.

Hannah is the ONLY person I would let touch my Izzy. She has severe anxiety and Hannah is always gentle and patient with her. I live in Halls and make the drive to west Knox just for her.

Despite their claims, pet stores almost always sell puppies that come from puppy mills, where dogs are kept in cramped cages and denied a humane quality of life. Always rescue from a local animal shelter instead. https://www.thedodo.com/7-reasons-not-to-buy-a-puppy-f-5399…

Worth it to support this company for the rescue work that they allowed to go on at their expense.

The care for the reptiles here seems to be nonexistent. I'm tired of coming in here and seeing vessels that are barely alive and them doing absolutely nothing about it.

as a dog owner, it is important to understand not only the physical benefits of exercise for your pet but also the intellectual benefits of interaction with them. Toys are a great way to provide this mental stimulation while also spending time with your dog and strengthening the bond you have with them.We love the toys at Pet Smart
