I got an email for free bag of cat or dog food from Petsmart. Awesome right.... Well the first bag of cat food had nothing but cobwebs on the food and dead moths mixed in as well. So, I go today to get another one and this one a lil better, but found a piece of plastic in the food. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO YOURS PETS FOOD!! I never thought it could happen to me, but it did 2x and I went to different Petsmarts.
Petsmart is an ok place but the one experience with the in-house veterinarian wasn't so great.
The grooming salon staff are AMAZING. They treat my dog like royalty every time.
Miss Dianna, who oversaw the adoption of Izzy, was very attentive. She made us feel very comfortable, putting our minds at ease during the adoption process. PetSmart associates like Dianne and very affordable prices are the main reasons why my wife and I will definitely be dedicated customers.
We took our sweet girl here for the first time today to get bathed and groomed. Hailey took care of her and she was sooooo awesome! She looked great and smelled so good! We will return and make appointments with Hailey again. Love that it's fairly easy to get an appointment as well!
Woman who checked me out was fine. Manager was TERRIBLE. Snarky and complaining that I used a coupon in my transaction. Also for the record could not count and was mean towards her coworkers. WILL NOT RETURN.
