Dell helped me a ton finding a proper aquarium and terrarium. He was very knowledgeable regarding fish enclosures and habitats. Highly recommend him!
Worst experience ever 2 times!!!! Promised a 20 dollar discount. Because a new person saw a purple spot from immunization. Doctors at banfield said she couldn’t understand. It’s common. Groomer cut his ear and chest. Go back for next grooming, we received 4 dollars discount. He had 4 brown spots. There 3:56 minuets. Smells life a dog who hasn’t bathed in a month!!!! Horrible!!!! I’m canceling banfield and anything to do with petsmart!!! Never take your animal there of any kind!!!’ Nightmare!!!’ Bathe the damn animal!!!
We just acquired a baby red-eared slider turtle and we needed to get a habitat set up for it. Ben was very helpful, provided good advice, and was very friendly.
Decided to stop in today, to do some Black Friday shopping.....talked with one of the groomers and decided to drive home (a hour there, and a hour hour back) to bring our 9 month old Labradoodle to be groomed. Which he was in terrible need of. Living on the bayou, isn’t ideal for a Doodles coat btw. He was matted. And needed special attention. Asher took awesome care of our Beau. He was super patient.
