One of the worst PetSmarts Ive ever been to. The staff is miserable and if you need to ask or inquire for management forget it, she's beyond rude and incapable. Right off the wall defensive, can't even get a word in without being blasted. Worth the drive to mt.pleasant.

Pet Grooming Salon lacks professionalism – I recently made an appointment for my dog, who has terminal cancer. This was his second appointment in 2 months. The first time I was satisfied, even though the grooming was not quite up to the standards to which I am accustomed. The second time was a disaster.
