This is a large pet store would recommend it to everyone plus they have an awesome pet doctor there they recently helped our very sick dog they are very friendly and kind to the pets .
The ladies at the groomers were very sweet and helpful, unfortunately my chihuahua, Bella was too scared and upset to let them do anything. However, I did buy some Fuminator wash to help with the shedding. I could tell the ladies really cared about my pet's comfort and safety.
Horrible experience at the grooming section. They messed up the time of appointment and sent me away the first day and when I came back the next day sent me away because they couldn't verify my dog's rabies shot. Even though I told them where she had it done 2 months ago and she has a tag on her collar from the same vet that I told them to call for verification. Staff needs training on both customer service and competency. Very disappointing. I won't be going back.
The store in bluffton has the worst fish department ever. The tanks are always nasty with dead fish in them. They really need to educate the employees. Petco knows their stuff.
