If I could give them 0 stars I would. I brought my rescue in for grooming over a month ago. I paid the addition $20 something for the top paw bath. The woman that did his grooming was more concerned about the fact that he was a cuddler than she was about grooming him. She said he did great with the nail portion, he might have but she didn't because here we are over a month later & he still has big blood hemorrhages under his nails. The place is amazing place with great people who really care about you and your animal and ladies and grooming are amazing polite and do it wonderful job
Very unfriendly staff (including female manager with dark hair) and not helpful AT ALL. Never going back. Every other pet store I have shopped at in my life have employed friendly, helpful staff. Pet stores, in general, seem like happy places to work. There is a lot of attitude (and not good attitude) at this store.
