RecommendedMadison in the Grooming area was great and worked within the restrictions of the virus. We were happy to get the dog groomed so her hair did not look as bad a ours. Your people were kind and ready to work after their unscheduled break. The nurse at the register was kind and accommodating. Thank you for being essential.
While waiting in the car for my husband to pick up our dog from the grooming salon, I watched. PetSmart employee lose someone’s dog while walking them. The dog took off running towards a very busy road and the employee showed no sense of urgency in trying to catch it. She was simply strolling behind it. The employee walked to the edge of the parking lot then back to the store at which time 2 other employees came outside, one of them with car keys.
