My pup and I have frequented this location for a year. Everyone here is wonderful, from the groomers, to the Banfield clinic, to the cashiers. You can tell that they truly love animals and the families that come along with them. We are so blessed to be a part of this community.
The staff here are kind and welcoming! They are always respectful of my service animal and, even though they are always excited to see her, they always remember not to pet her.
The employees are very courteous and eager to help, if you need it.
I think the groomers did a fantastic job. Just be aware of what you are expected to pay upfront. We have a new pup and chose our time to come in and get a first puppy cut online. I knew we would be expected to pay more for nail trimming etc, but the final cost was almost double what I was anticipating. Luckily I was able to talk to the store manager on duty, and he was able to adjust the price and apologized with the way the groomers handled it. Not a huge deal, but an interesting first experience with PetSmart.
