i LOVE THIS PETSMART!! many years back!! i was able to adopted a kitten!! at the time I was still living at home! my sister was actually allergic to cats too!!! the cat i adopted was because he was so cute and his name was also Jack!!! he has gotten many years older but he's still all cute and some what playful !!
Horrible customer service!!!! Unwilling to help customer but that's ok because I will take my business to Pets Barn where they appreciate my business. Thanks for nothing Petsmart .
I guess they're not eager to make sales or please the customers. I swear I've never met a more useless manager. Go to their competitors instead, they'll make you feel more appreciated
