Improve management . Their in House Vet agreed that there was no problem with grooming my dog. Which they have done many times. Groomer didn't seem to want to do the job and then got the manager to turn me away. What a waste of my time. Lost customer for good!!!
RecommendedThe friendliest staff ever, they make me you feel like family every time you walk in the door, I love how they know me & my animals when I come in they are always asking how they are doing. I also have to add that the Manager is one of the best Managers ever he keeps his store clean well stocked and he knows you & your pets by name also as well as his staff.
Called yesterday to see if they could help groom our Labs. We are evacuated from North Carolina and forgot to grab their shot records. They have their rabies tags on collars. Was told very rudely that unless they could call our vet's office, we are evacuated for a hurricane remember, that they couldn't help our dogs. I get company policies and all but the lady didn't have to be rude and was obviously not listening to the situation when she said she could call our vet's office.
The staff at the Manhattan Blvd. PetSmart are very nice and helpful, especially with the adoption event set up. Plus the grooming staff are great too.
I love this place. It's a pleasure to walk around and shop. I love seeing other people's dogs there too.
The store is very clean, and very organized. I can always find an employee willing to help me, if I have any questions or issues. I do all my pets’ shopping here!
