the prices are to high, and never any employees available .
While there 2 employees held guinea pigs that were squealing and frozen. These are signs of being terrified. The employees didn't care and continued to move their hiding spot and pick them up and play with them. This is NOT the pet care I want ANY of my animals receiving. I will not being returning to the franchise any time soon.

Dear, Pets Mart... I cannot even begin with how utterly outraged I am. I've been a loyal customer for years, but this was absolutly the most incomprehensible display of half - assed service I've ever had to deal with, and will certainty be the last service I will be partaking in from this half - assed pet store. How idiotic can you be to send my old dog away from your grooming department just because he couldn't stand up on his back legs. We told you from the beginning that his back legs are bad.
