The last three times I’ve had to use this store, there’s a checkout line halfway down the store. With o my one person at a register. So far, I’ve seen 2 people stocking the same isle and a manager walking back and forth... not very helpful or efficient.
every single time I go to buy fish from the West valley City store on 56 they drill me about fish and are hesitant to sell me fish I have multiple tanks and multiple fish going different tanks I don't tell them that because it's my personal business but yet they sit and be little me in front of other costumers and it is ridiculous 😡

We generally never have a issue, but today I am rather mad. I booked grooming appointments online and needed to change the times because they got messed up. I called and was able reschedule their appointments to better fit our schedule (and distance we drive to go there). Everything was fine until PetSmart called to cancel because of suddenly changing their hours. Our Teddy got his front paw stepped on and it bent one of his toenails sideways. It was bleeding really bad and I know it was painful because he didn't want me checking it. I called the Banfield Pet Hospital at the West Valley PetSmart and they told me to bring him in in the morning. They were so great with Teddy and fixed him right up! Awesome customer service! Thanks!
I took my nearly 9 year old golden for a grooming today. This is her first visit since her brother passed away, so i was nervous. Leigh took such amazing care of my baby. She took extra time and paid extra attention to my girl. My sweet Roxy smells great, looks like a million bucks, and wasnt anxious at all when i picked her up! Leigh mentioned how much fun Roxy was and how loving she is. Leigh is a dog whisperer and I can't wait to send my puppy back for her next spa day. �
Took my dog in to get him groomed. The lady just kept telling me that they didn’t have any openings, but didn’t even offer to set me up with an appointment. It more seemed like she didn’t want to do her job. My roommate took his dog there at the same time to get the $13 special of brush (which I was told was not included in the deal), nail grinding, teeth brushed, and ears cleaned.
