They are awesome, have what I need, remembered I had a frog asked about it, remembered it was a classroom pet, and asked if there were changes now that the kids were out of school. It's awesome when you can get great customer service, and even a great value.

Supervisor Alyda has poor poor poor management skills and no customer skills ....talking to her is like talking to a 3 year old ... And she has NO last name LMaO ...poor illiterate person ....please Petsmart send your employees to customer services trainings and a little English classes won't hurt for Alyda... So she doesn't look like a fool having another employee come and help her communicate ... All I needed was a ########
Never experienced such bad customer service, Managers are extremely childish and are very rude. Managers are just plain disrespectful to their employees and their customers. Do not recommend whatsoever !
