RecommendedTook my fur baby for her first grooming appointment, and it was wonderful!. The groomer Daphne G answers all my questions and concerns about my fur baby and took really good care for her. She gave me full details on what went on during the grooming and made sure my fur baby wasn’t stressed out or nervous. Highly recommend Daphne for a groomer and i will definitely be coming back in the future for my other fur babies❤️. Thank you very much Miss Daphne!❤️
My dog had an appointment at 2:30, called pet smart at 4:15 just to check on how she was doing and they tell me they weren’t able to work on her because she was being aggressive and because she was barking when another dog came in like really. That’s ridiculous we’ve never had a problem with her their, but won’t be going back ever again. Once a dog growls they won’t touch him or her. 🤦♀️
Brought Gracie in at 11:00. Said they’d be done in 3 hours. Came back in 3 hours she was sitting in a cage. Hadn’t been done yet. You or any other pet smart will not get our business ever again. Ed and Jo-Ann Moore
Omg horrible experience at PetSmart. First of all cat food prices seems higher than Petco, then I spot a particular bags of cat food that already expired, the expiration date was 11/03/2019, so I decided to take one of those expired bags to the register to let them know so they can avoid complaints from customers. they have a lot of selection of fish different varieties
Just left the store extremely disappointed after making an appt for my Nala at 5pm and lady was out to lunch, one of the girls there was making rude remarks about us to another employee so we walked out & will be taking our business elsewhere. Petsmart needs to train their employees on customer service if not they'll be losing more customers
Acabó de llevar a mi frenchie a “bañarse” el normalmente nunca se reusa a ningún tipo de aseo al contrario le encanta, esta vez llego al salón empezó a temblar y se hizo pipi mientras le ponían la correa para entrar y en menos de un 15 minutos me llamaron que estaba listo pasó por el y NO LO BAÑARON BIEN venía todo apestoso.
