PetSmart in Independence, Missouri is where I go. I have always had a good experience when I go there. My 2 dogs just love it.
On their website they say they price match. Well I happen to know from experience that they say hey do and when you try to get them to do the price match they don't "Fully" match the price. And because of this I will be shopping elsewhere. There was a difference of $31.50, that's a big difference in price! I have receipts and can prove the price difference. Disappointed doesn't even come close to describing how I feel about this situation!
I loved that they had animals from the local animal shelter for adoption there!!! No more puppy mills! ❤️ Way to go, PetSmart!
Well stocked pet store. Aquarium section could use an upgrade.
I stopped in to look at the snakes wanting to add another to my collection. the sales staff is a joke. Besides the ridiculous pricing the staff treated me like I was a complete idiot an was extremely rude. I wanted to see the snake that was there an was told unless I was 100% sure I was going to purchase I couldn't see it. I for one will not buy anything sight un-seen. I will not be back to this store again.
